In altre parole significa: amare se stessi, prendersi la responsabilità di se stessi, rispettare se stessi.
Come trattiamo noi stessi, trattiamo gli altri.

It's time to Aquire the Right to Defend ourselves. Kind with kind people, Strong when it's needed.
It means that we need to develop and balance: Power, Love and Creative Intelligence.
This is our responsibility.
I can tell you for sure, according with my direct experience.
In other words it means: Love ourselves, take the responsibility of ourselvs, respect ourselves.
How we treat ourselves, then we treat the others.
